Cream Cheese Frosting

Perfect for topping your low carb J & S Sweets bakes.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

  • 2/3 cup of monk fruit

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

In a baking bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese together with mixer until fully combined.

Add the monk fruit and vanilla, beat slowly until all incorporated. Beat on high for about 2 minutes until fluffy.

Refrigerate for about 20 minutes then top desserts.
